· Orders are 50% on order, balance prior to delivery;

· Above items will be released once all funds are cleared in our bank account,

· Transport and delivery excluded

· All prices Ex Factory

· Products have a one year warranty on parts; - lights, elements and glass are not covered - Condenser warranty subject to regular cleaning.

· Prices are valid for a period of 21 days & are subject to stock availability

· Prices exclude all civil and electrical work including connections of any kind;

· All risk in and to the equipment passes to the company upon delivery;

· Delivery is deemed to have been made at the time of release from the premises of Rea Pele Projects or its agents

        Extra trips to site, due to factors outside our control will be charged for;

· Rea Pele Projects will not be liable for any consequential loss of stock arising from any cause whatsoever and howsoever occasioned.
